Great customer service the minute you walk in. We sat at the bar and our waiter did an amazing job, very attentive and friendly. The food was really good, it was perfect start to our New York trip. Definitely would go back again!
I visited Tom's for breakfast on a warm May morning and kept things simple. A breakfast sandwich comprised of a plain bagel with ham and egg. It arrived hot, quickly and tasted delicious.

Hesitant to order delivery from diners and have never been to this iconic Tom's Restaurant before, but I live within its range so decided to go for it. Ordered a Roasted Turkey with Cranberry Sauce entree with a salad and soup. It also came with vegetables and potatoes. (I specified mashed with gravy.) The soup du jour was Chicken and Rice with Vegetables, clearly homemade. Service was quick and the food was super fresh! Everything was excellent! Would order from there again, and recommend others try out the same platter!
Decent really hot food if you are hungry! Crispy fries! $8 house wine ok. Great service! Soup with meal kind of sad late at night. Stale crackers.
